· Preferred Seating – seating locations for our subscribers are always the     best available at time of purchase. Seating is assigned in the order that reservations are taken. Specific seating arrangements MUST be made in person.

· Liberal Exchanges – Only subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets up to 36 hours prior to the earliest performance date of the exchange.

· Ticket Insurance – If your ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed, you will still be seated in your assigned seat at your subscription performance without an additional service fee.

· Most Important – Joining hundreds of theatre-goers who subscribe each season, you insure the future of the BEST theatre in Southern California.

· Performance Times – Evenings at 8:30 p.m. The box office is open at 6:30 p.m. on performance nights. All unpaid tickets are released at 8:00 p.m. For maximum choice of performance dates, order early. All tickets are held at the box office. If you wish tickets sent by mail (time permitting), please include $2 for shipping and handling of your order form. The Festival is open air and our patrons stay comfortable by dressing casually.

· Exchanges - For Season Ticket Holders Only – Tickets can only be exchanged for the same show(s), and only when the box office receives the original hard tickets no later than 36 hours before the performance.

· Refunds – All ticket sales are final. The Festival is unable to make refunds on tickets returned. You may choose to return unusable tickets to the box office and claim their value on your next tax return as a donation to a non-profit organization.

· Lost Tickets – the Festival is unable to replace lost or stolen tickets. For a small fee (no fee for subscribers), we can seat you in or near your original seat assignment. The original, hard ticket will always be given priority in seating.

· If it Rains - Keep Your Ticket Stub – If it rains between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. during a performance, refunds will be made at that time only to patrons who do not wish to stay. No refunds after 9:30 p.m. The play will usually continue as scheduled.

· Discounts – Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more, and by special arrangement.

· Children under 5 years are not permitted – for questions about subject matter, inquire at the box office.

· Brown Baggers – the Festival encourages the use of the park and invites you to picnic on the lawn prior to curtain time. Bring a sack dinner and we will provide you with a soft drink. Present your ticket to the concession stand BEFORE 7:45 p.m.

· Changes to your order – There will be a $3/ticket service charge for ANY changes made after original order is taken. This includes changes to number in party and any seating reassignments.

· Late Entry – Any late arrivals (after 8:30 p.m.) are subject to being reseated on an aisle.

· Tram Service - Is there complimentary tram service that begins at 6:30 pm. The tram will pick you and your party close to street parking on Cajon St.
